Refund policy
We stand behind the performance of our bot and are committed to delivering real value. However, to ensure fairness and proper evaluation, refunds will only be considered under specific conditions.
A refund may be issued only if, after a minimum period of 3 months from the start of usage, the bot is unprofitable and has experienced a drawdown of more than 10% while operating at a fixed 1% risk per trade.
During this evaluation period, the user is required to strictly follow the recommended setup and risk management guidelines. Any manual interference — including changing settings, adjusting risk, or deviating from the provided strategy — will void eligibility for a refund. Consistency and discipline are essential for the bot to perform as intended.
By using the bot, you agree to maintain stable conditions and allow the system sufficient time to demonstrate its performance without disruption.
If all conditions are met and the bot is unprofitable after the 3-month period while also being in a drawdown of more than 10% using a fixed 1% risk per trade, you may contact us to request a refund review.

- Is DMY Reaper only for MetaTrader 5?
- Yes. DMY Reaper runs only on MT5. We don’t support MT4 or other platforms.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- We offer a 7–14 day free trial. To get a free trial, send us a message via email, Discord or Telegram.
- What do I get after payment?
- We send everything by email: the EA file (.ex5), your license key, and the setup guide. You’ll receive it all within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed.
- How do I get support?
- Email support is included. You’ll also get access to our private Discord/Telegram community for setup help and updates.
- Can I use it on funded accounts?
- No. Due to prop firm rules, spread, slippage, and execution conditions, DMY Reaper is not designed for funded/challenge accounts. We only run it on live accounts.
- Can I use it on multiple accounts?
- The license is paired to one VPS or computer. You can run DMY Reaper on multiple MT5 accounts if they are set up on the same VPS or computer. For separate machines or commercial use, contact us.
- Do I need a VPS?
- Yes. A VPS is strongly recommended — and in practice a must — for the best latency and execution, and so the bot can run 24/7 without depending on your home connection.
